Starting at 7% to 12% of monthly rent.

Best for owners who want day-to-day rental operations fully handled.

  • Everything in placement plus ongoing rent collection and accounting.
  • Operations: maintenance coordination, tenant communication, and follow-through.
  • Reporting: monthly and year-end owner visibility.
